What if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email harah.info@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll handle it immediately.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Can I return an opened bottle?

For safety reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be returned. Only sealed, unopened items are eligible for refunds within 7 days.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
