Eligibility
• You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a refund.
• The bottle must be sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Before shipping it back, please email harah.info@gmail.com with:
• Your order number, and
• Photo proof that the product is sealed and unopened.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

Refund Process
• Once your return is received and verified, a full refund of the product cost only will be issued (shipping fees are non-refundable).
• Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
